Overall: 4.5 Stars Good Price. Good Quality. Nice clean rooms, flat screen tv's, very spacious, friendly staff. I would recommed this hotel to everyone. Only downfall was we arrived to breakfast at 8 A.M. and majority of the food was hard and bacon looked fake, but who the hell am I to criticize someone on bacon? Hotel is good and... More

A great location in the shadow of the SW Frwy and Beltway 8, so very good access to major roadways in and around Houston. The hotel driveway is a little hard to find; it is the entrance just before the Medi-clinic (which you cannot miss) off of the feeder road. The room had a complete kitchen, love-seat, coffee table, desk,... More

The first night I arrived I complained that it was obvious that the sheets had not been replaced by the previous guest and expressed that we had infants with us and this was very unsanitary and could pose a health threat. There was only one staff on board who was pleasant but explained she could not leave the front desk... More

I stayed here one time in 2007 and thought it was just one bad experience. The other hotels were full this time, so I stayed again - still AWFUL!! The room smelled of urine and the carpet was very dirty and stained. Dirty hand towels with makeup on them still hanging on the towel bar. Air conditioner control wouldn't move... More

Agree that this hotel was dirty, outdated and rundown. We stayed in one of the suites w/King bed. It rained the first day and I heard dripping and looked to see the bathroom ceiling had a big crack in it and water was pouring down from upstairs onto the toilet. They gave us an inferior room to move into (2... More

My husband and I stayed in one of the non-smoking suites with a king size bed. The room smelled of urine and the floors were disguisting. We had to wear our shoes since the carpet floors turned our socks and feet black. The bed, sheets, and pillows had yellow stains on them. The bathroom faucet was leaking a strong steady... More

This is a horrible outdated hotel with terrible front desk clerks. None of the clerks could give me directions from I-10. The bed was as solid as concerte, rock hard with two small lumpy pillows and very faded bedspreads. The room look unclean and very dingy. There was a police car parked put front when I checked in. I later... More

I stayed a couple of nights on a business trip to the area and after missing the entrance a couple of times, I finally hit on keying on the med center out front. It's easy to miss. The room was clean, everything worked, and hotel quiet. TV movie selection was a bit arcane with some credit card device but you... More

Took family in combination Business / Weekend Family trip. We picked the Country Inn & Suites because it is close to Galleria Mall area and Sugarland/Stafford Tech center. Drive to Astro's game to less than 15 minutes. This hotel is in perfect conditions and the staff is super. Breakfast saved me about $20.00 dollars a day because my teenage boys... More
