Staff was helpful, friendly, breakfast was great. Room was elegantly decorated with cherry wood crown mouldings and a very comfortable room. Room was immaculate in every way. Nice to have a mini refrigerator and microwave. Would highly recommend. More

My husband and I stayed here while visiting a sick relative in the hospital. As you might imagine, there were a lot of moving pieces and not a lot of advanced planning because we were all "camping out" at the hospital. The desk staff was so understanding about this and worked with us to save us money by booking our... More

If you find yourself in Greenville, TX it's probably because you've just had a long drive on I-30 and didn't want to stay in Dallas/Fort Worth. That's why you want to stay at this Hampton. It's easy to get to, quiet, serves a great breakfast and puts you just a short drive from Dallas if you're going east to west... More

Our daughter had her 13th B-day party here. We had a total of 12 girls and four adults. The staff, from the reservations desk to the breakfast attendant, was more than helpful. Reservations not only helped us reserve four rooms, one of which was a king suite, but also let us use the conference room for the evening at no... More

I knew something was wrong when I entered the lobby to check in. The smell of mold was very strong. Still I had guaranteed reservations so I went to the room. The mold smell was still hovering in the air even on the third floor. And to make it worse they had used some unpleasant chemical to mask the smell.... More

I didn't interact much with the staff except for check-in/check-out but they were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious (I had a King Study). It had a great little kitchen area with microwave and mini-fridge. The room was clean and had everything I needed and expected. The location was conveniently close to dining (incl. Starbucks), and Wal-Mart and Walgreens... More

Our mini-suites were clean, well appointed and fresh. Internet connectivity was fast and reliable. The flat-screen LCD TV was sweet and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was OK and the staff was friendly. Parking area was well lit and we felt secure and very comfortable. More

As a Diamond HHonors members, I stay in my fair share of Hampton Inn's. The hotel located in Greenville failed to meet my expectations in any way after many stays. After making a reservation, for a king room, with what I thought was a really great rate, I arrive at the hotel to find the reservation had been changed by... More
