Due to evacuation from Gustav, left Louisiana and spent three nghts at this hotel with mother and her small chihuahua. We stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving weekend. It was the nicest La Quinta we have ever stayed in. It seemed brand new and upscale. The La Quinta in Greenville, Texas, was tops, rivalling (if not equaling) a five-star hotel in San Antonio, in my opinion. This hotel opened Memorial Day, 2005. I have stayed here 75 nights for business. The hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. I have a 2-room suite which has extremely high ceilings, fans, king size bed, 2 tvs. The service and staff have been wonderful.
