The elevator was extremely slow, the halls & room smelled like mildew & cigarettes, the beds were absolutely unacceptable!!!! Paid $100 for a room we spent no more than 5 mins in!!! Marivette and Doug the shuttle driver were so friendly and helpful. Even with it being extremely busy and hectic due to cancelled flights. They did not show any frustration or annoyance. They kept smiling antd were very quick and efficient. The hotel was also very clean. Great job. More
