We had a lovely stay for 3 nights with our 3 and 6 year old children. As native Dutch, this was a true experience of Texan hospitality. The house was nicely decorated with personal touch to it and well equiped. Lot of toys for the children to play outside and they had a truely nice time. A stay worth recommending.

We booked a 2-night weekend stay with my 12 and 10-year old daughters, and they had a great time! The barnyard animals kept them entertained for hours, as did the Paluxy River (a 2-minute walk). This was our 2nd visit- we just love it here. Fun walks, petting and feeding all the animals, campfires, s'mores, wading in the river and my favorite - breakfast in the barn! The kids begged to return this year, so we did!

What better review can one give than to say "I would live here!". It's just perfect. You'll enjoy the quirky yet functional decor.
