This is an older hotel, rooms are nice and clean. You can park right up to the front door which is nice and room rate was fair for Fredericksburg. Staff was friendly and location is excellent. would recommend anyone to stay here.

i just stayed at this hotel with a couple of friends for a wedding. the beds were comfortable and rooms clean. staff were nice and very helpful. it's also in a great location not too far or too close to all the traffic.

We were there this past weekend. Room very out dated, and dirty and looked as if never been dusted.. No Internet service, bed was uncomfortable, Room smelled.. We will never be back.. Very over priced for room

We booked a room for the weekend for our mother/daughter trip beginning April 5th, 2013. The hotel looked Ok from the outside but the room was outdated, worn-out, and not very clean. Room 106 was dirty and had not been cleaned in some time. It had dust on the vanity ledge, mirror, entertainment center. The cleaning staff was not available and the manager was gone for the day. Motel was old which is ok if it is clean. This was not a "quality" place to stay.

we stayed here during spring break and found it reasonably priced compared to all the others downtown. the rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the staff nice. it is not too far from all the stores and restaurants that are in the center of town.

The hotel was a great location but the beds were hard, cheap and not worth the $135. Honestly, had the beds been comfortable we would come back! If you do stay - don't eat at the Sunshine Grill next door.

We stayed 1 night.The staff is very friendy and helpful.Rooms & outside area needs to be updated.Beds are okay but need to be updated.Room & bathroom were clean but need to be spruced up.Did not have breakfast. Overall for the price it was okay.
