We had a girls weekend here. Now I guess I didn't understand how this beautiful house was going to be divied up, but let me explain. We as a groupd of 5 ladies had the main living and dining room, the 3 upstairs bedrooms and our entrance was in the front. There is a back part that someone else rented.... More

Das Keidel Inn was perfect for our 10th annual "Chulas" get together. All 10 of us stayed in the main house which was beautifully decorated and in walking distance to the shopping district. Gloria and Fred Soto are wonderful hosts and their delicious breakfasts were a real treat!! More

There were 10 women sharing the whole house, and we felt right at home. The eclectic furnishings and spacious layouts of the rooms and common areas added to our satisfaction. Gloria and Fred are great hosts and fun to visit with. I would definitely stay at Das Keidel Inn again. More

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Keidel Inn on two different occasions. The first was for the week before my wedding, and the second was when we came in town for a family member's wedding. Both experience's were fabulous! Fred and Gloria are so friendly and welcoming. They are great hostesses and make you feel right at... More

We rented the entire facility for family and friends and what a wonderful B&B and accomodations; every room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I loved the use of the kitchen facilities which isn't usual for most B&Bs but didn't have to use it to enjoy a catered breakfast daily. The convenience of the location was great but the large undeveloped... More

My husband and I stayed at the Das Keidel Inn in Fredericksburg, Texas. I booked it online and was quoted $110 for our stay of one night. When I received the bill it was for $135. We discussed this with Fred Soto and he said that he would refund half the difference of $12.50. He has not to this day.... More

We have now stayed with Fred and Gloria twice in one year and they are the best hosts! They totally made us feel like we were home and not just staying at a bed and breakfast. The location is perfect! They are on one side of downtown, right across the street from the Pacific War Museum (which is awesome, by... More

Fred and Gloria were most gracious and we enjoyed our visit very much. The Rhine Suite is smaller than the rooms upstairs, but it was just the right size for me and my husband and we appreciated having the private bath. The room was beautifully decorated. The bed was most comfortable and all the bed linens were coordinated. It was... More
