We stayed at this B&B in Fredericksburg this past weekend with another couple and had a great time, the property is beautiful, hot tub that fit all of us. Though no breakfast was provided we received coupons for terrific restaurants in town that could be used for not only breakfast but any meal. A truly lovely place to stay!

We stayed in the carriage house at Victorian Mansion and it was a very pleasant stay. The spacious room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We rented the carriage house and would highly reccomend for anyone looking for some romance and privacy. We loved the private courtyard and hot tub was just perfect. It was walking distance to main but far enough that it was quiet. We cant wait to get back! This town is such a perfect escape!

My mom and I went for a mother-daughter for her birthday. It was perfect! Very well taken care of property. On a really busy street and the bedroom on the East side, with no curtains, is incredibly BRIGHT in the mornings. We rented the entire house for the weekend and it is huge; a great party house. We paid extra for the kitchen and expected it to be a little cleaner.

This was one of the largest rooms I have ever stayed. 2 story, over 1000 square feet all to yourself! My only complaint would be the bathroom. The Victorian Mansion is absolutely delightful. The chandeliers are gorgeous and the bed was the most comfortable bed ever. My expectations were exceeded!
