Decided to visit Fredericksburg for the first time. My mom has back issues so walking is at a slow pace, I felt staying overnight would be best to allow for shopping for 2 days. I picked All Seasons Retreat after reading reviews and that they have the all too elusive "two beds". Whenever I stay at B&Bs it is with... More

We went to Frederickburg for wine tasting with our daughters and husband. I am always the one that plays travel agent and for this outing selected the All Seasons Downtown Retreat. It is kind of a cross between and b&b and a motel. No breafast officially, although there was a pastry, juice, coffee, fruit, sodas for a quick continental breakfast.... More

My wife and I stayed at the Downtown Retreat for two nights during the week. We were very pleased with the room's style, comfort and cleanliness. We arrived at the key pick-up way early (about 2 and a half hours before check-in) and there wasn't anyone in the office but the cleaning staff saw us and gave us the key... More

My fiance and I stayed at All Seasons Downtown Retreat for part of our honeymoon. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the sheets are super soft! The room had a cute little kitchen area and supplied everything you would need if you wanted to cook. We always ate out. This B&B is easy walking distance to all of the main... More

We stayed at Avas on Main for one night the first week in April. We wish we could have stayed longer but we only had one day. The location is right on Main street and you can walk just a few blocks and be right where the shops are. The accomadations were very comfortable and we enjoyed having the extra... More

Being fairly new to Texas, my husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary by exploring Fredericksburg during the WildFlower and Wine Trail Festival. We chose the All Seasons Downtwon Retreat based on TripAdvisor reviews. Joe, one of the owners was very helpful upon check-in in giving us the lay of the land. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed.... More

The All Seasons Downtown Retreat is in a great location. It is two blocks off Hwy 290 so it is quiet but an easy walk to all the action. Our room was a well appointed efficiency. The owners have taken care of all the details and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, our room was not ready when promised and... More

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately the rating doesn't seem to correspond with the events. We start accepting check-ins at 3pm and frequently we place guests in their suites much earlier than that. We also have people that arrive as late as midnight or 2am. This guest did not advise us of their arrival time on their reservation and did... More

We stayed at the new Wine Country Hacienda Ruby Cabernet. A new property of All Seasons. It was fabulous. Two separate bedrooms and each bedroom has its own living room area. Each bedroom suite has a gas fireplace. A fully stocked kitchen with pasteries, juice, and coffee ready for each morning. Each day they came and restocked for our breakfast.... More

We were luck enough to be fit in after a cancellation. We stayed at the Tangelwood Farms cabin. It was quaint, peaceful, comfortable, clean. We loved sitting on the porch drinking coffe and eating our coffecake that was provided. It was far enough from town to be peaceful and close enough to access anything in a few minutes. They had...
