You are right in the heart of Fredericksburg. Essentially a loft apartment. Not your typical B&B in that there's no common area, nothing prepared for you. Loved the music next door, but not sure I liked listening to it at 1 AM.

What an absolute find. We were ready to move in the moment we entered. We stayed in the largest of the rooms with our 12 year old daughter on a roll out bed and we were all incredibly comfortable. The room was wonderful: hip, mid-century modern, spacious and clean. However, the building sits next to a beer garden and cafe. Music played and voices were heard until 2 a.m. every night until the owner fired up his Harley Davidson and thundered off into the night.
