The staff was always friendly, they have a BBQ every Wednesday night with hot dogs and hamburgers. I was here for 2 months on business, any problems I had they fixed that day or in the AM the next. We just came back from a three night stay at Candlewood Suites at Fossil Creek in Forth Worth, Texas. This is an extended stay hotel, but we do not suggest that anyone stay for an extended visit! We stayed at the Candlewood for almost a week and upon arrival we reported a problem with the shower and a hole in the shower wall and nothing was done about it. We rented and paid for two rooms through hotwire, and upon arrival found that the rooms had been sold to others. We were sent to a nearby hotel which honored our reservations with Candlewood, but the whole episode was a time-consuming hassle. Beware! more
