This was our first fishing trip to Lake Texcoms and we were excited! When we got there and checked in it was awful! It smelled and it was a dump! “Must drive to lake, only book large cabin - Office closes at 5 pm”

If you arrive after 5 pm you must call security guard. There were communication issues.If you decide to go I would book the cabin that has a pavilion next door and overlooks Lake Texoma. We booked 1 bedroom small cabin which included dirty carpets, spiders, bathroom door would not shut. Dust under bed. But AC worked. Had to upgrade to... More

Hello! We decided to stay at Grandpappy Point because we wanted to try Lake Texoma for the weekend. It is one of the largest lakes in Oklahoma and we love boating, knee-boarding, wake-boarding, tubing,etc. Grandpappy's is a really neat place, overall.
