This was THE BEST hotel experience we've ever had!! We stay in hotels an average of 15 days a year-this was by far the best stay! I've never had this level of customer service at ANY hotel before! Check in was a breeze. No hassle at all during the stay. Room was quiet and everything was good as new due to attentive house keeping. Staff seemed on point with a smile and willingness to answer questions. I stayed for business, but I would gladly use Hampton Inn for vacations or travel in the future.

The rooms were nice, beds were very comfortable, elevator was loud and slow. Used Corporate Lodging Card/CLC, puts you up on the 4th floor where the rooms are a little smaller. Did not get breakfast due to the help being late and desk clerk not responsible enough to get things started.

We stay at Hampton Inns throughout the southwest because we can depend on them to be clean, quiet, with a courteous and helpful staff. We were struck by the above-average friendliness of the staff in Decatur. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. If we ever come to Decatur again we will definitely stay here.

I hate the fact that the windows in newer hotels do not open. There are nights when fresh ventilation from outside would be preferred and would save using the a/c. This a typical Hampton Inn. Good for a night on the road. Clean rooms, free breakfast and convenient to uU.S. Hwy 278. The room did have an odor that I am not sure what was, but it was a bit unpleasant. I would stay again for a one night stay.
