Our family was fortunate enough to share a wonderful time at the Warwick Melrose Hotel for our daughter's wedding recently. The classic style of the hotel is reminiscent of my stay at the Waldorf Astoria in NY. Our rooms were stately without being stuffy, the waiters at The Landmark Restaurant were impeccable, the food was delectable, and we had just... More

This is my favorite spot in Dallas - quiet, clean rooms, great beds, and helpful staff. The Library Bar is a great cozy spot too. A tip - to avoid the $26 overnight parking charge, weekday parking is plentiful on the nearby side streets. Not so much during the weekends when the neighborhood turns into a party town, but weekdays... More

The hotel is really lovely and the room was great...no complaints. HOWEVER the valet parking was a total nightmare. Not only is it expensive but the parking employee who went to get my car was very rude, impatient and angry. I then found that my truck had been broken into overnight and my GPS stolen along with other personal effects.... More

Excellent amenities, service, and location. This is one a hand full of hotels in the Oak Lawn area and by far the nicest. I've stayed twice and cannot say one bad thing about either stay....except it was really hot outside. If the Melrose could please do something about the Dallas heat on my next visit, I would appreciate it very... More

My connection with the Warwick Melrose began in 1993 while traveling monthly from Atlanta to Dallas on business. After many years I relocated to the DFW area and still enjoy this fabulous historical hotel for a week-end "get-a-way" or just dropping by to listen to the wonderful live entertainment in The Library Bar. Our family recently hosted a dinner party... More

What an amazing hotel! I knew I wanted to have my wedding at the Warwick from the first time I visited. Beautiful classic details can be found through out the hotel. My entire wedding planning experience was a good one. We were very well taken care of by the entire staff. Bethany B. is such a pleasure to work with... More

My friend and I stayed in a double room on the 6th floor of the hotel. The Warwick Melrose is a beautiful hotel with a lot of character. The rooms are on the small-ish side and the layout was different than any hotel I've stayed in before but I felt it added to the charm. The ceilings are pretty high... More

The hotel is very elegant and has alot of character. The rooms are extremely nice and spacious. The decor is elegant and charming. Great location. There is a post office a block away, Walgreens across the street, and multiple restaurants within a quarter mile.

We stayed at the Warwick Melrose Hotel for five days in late April/early May. We found the staff very helpful and the premises are very clean (as well as Dallas itself). The room was spacious and well decorated. However, the bathrooms are not renovated and there is a touch of a stale smell due to the age. Our room was... More

If you're the type who loves older hotels with character, this is great place for you. the hotel dates to twenties, and the spacious rooms, with small wet bars and fridges around a corner and the bath to the other side of room can be charming. Furniture is well chosen, and one small touch- no CFL lightbulbs. Almost all the... More
