Nothing extraordinary about this location. Staff was a bit harried at check-in although I was the only one at the desk at the time. Friendly but scatter-brained. The air-conditioning didn't work...although having the settings at the coldest level possible, my room only cooled from 74.5 to 72.5 after 8 hours...they did send up a box fan and offered to move... more

This hotel has a pretty lobby, great looking restaurant and friendly staff. However, the shared internet PC are in a not-so-private area. The rooms are not impressive with their 22 channel 25 inch tv. No spa or working swimming pool. Gym is small. I prefer some of the other 3 star hotels nearby. more

Stayed here for a business trip. Rooms and overall facilities well kept and clean. Staff was wonderful. Not much entertainment in walking distance but hotel shuttle can get you where you need to go. 24 hour WalMart next door comes in handy for when the airline loses your luggage. more

I got a concierge level room on the 10th (highest) floor while being booked at a convention rate. I have stayed here a number of times for work. They are making updates. The first one is the workout room. It is really above par for a hotel. The rooms are still a bit worn. However, I am a Hilton Honors Gold member so I get the best rooms. Before I was Gold the rooms were hit or miss.... more
