I'm not sure how this hotel keeps getting a top rating on Conte Nast Traveler, but it does. It's a gorgeous property conveniently located in Dallas. My husband and I just returned from one night at the Crescent, and it was great. We purchased the Relaxation Package, with the spa and breakfast and it was awesome.You do have to request ahead of time in order to have a couples massage, but it was a non-issue. The staff was top shelf. More

I don't think I've stayed at a hotel where housekeeping is so poorly scheduled. I had to call for my room to be cleaned at 4:30 p.m., after being out of my room all day, and again for turn down service at 9 p.m. because they, for some reason, did not do it. I am sorry you felt there was nothing special about the hotel. We do strive to make everyone's stay at the hotel unique and special. All in all a very nice hotel and convenient for business with good convention style rooms. The check in and food service were always on the spot.
