Stayed here one night and were treated very well. Everything was absolutely perfect and the best hospitality from a hotel. The spa is wonderful - I suggest you book appointments ahead of time. The spa ladies were so nice and my friend that I was treating is pregnant and they sent room service to us to deliver pickles (they had... More

Over the past year, i've spent about 30 nights at the Ritz Carlton Dallas and can unequivocally recommend this hotel to anyone. I am a traveler with a bias in favor of quiet hotels, non "scene" places. Lobby/Welcome: Concierge staff, bellmen, front desk people always helpful and considerate. The bar can be a bit of a scene. Rooms: No rough... More

Spent two days @ this location & enjoyed every minute of it. Our room was large, clean & had all the Lux features indicative of a 5-Star property- including the service. The valet crew was always upbeat & fast with ice-cold bottled water waiting on us at arrival/departure. Rachel at the front desk was especially easy to look at &... More

We just returned home after staying 3 nights at the Ritz in Dallas. We were celebrating our 34th anniversary & as we checked in, the front staff congratulated us. I don't know how previous reviewers get their upgrades because we never get upgraded. We pay for a better room, a better view, a better floor. Some reviewers have said a... More

Wow. What an amazing experience. My husband and I are originally from Dallas, and have had the pleasure of visiting this Ritz and Fearing's restaurant often, but had never stayed overnight in the hotel. Our recent trip back to Dallas gave us the perfect opportunity to finally stay here. I wanted to write this review to give people the credit... More

I am a Ritz Carlton regular, but this was my first time at the Dallas hotel. Just as had been the case with other Ritz Carltons that I have visited, the Dallas hotel was wonderful. From check-in to goodbye, the friendly staff did everything it could to make the stay enjoyable. The lobby was beautiful, and our suite on the... More

This hotel feels more like a high-end apartment complex than it does a hotel. Wood lined hallways with carpeting with excellent padding (very quiet), photos, spacious rooms, very clean and the always impeccable ritz-Carlton service. There is nothing not to like about this hotel. The location is within walking distance of the arts district which is a must-see. I'd definitely... More

You know the brands – both top shelf – so its time to put them head to head in the Dallas Metroplex and see who wins. A few months back I stayed in the Jay Morrish Suite in the Four Seasons, and this month in a Junior Suite at the Ritz Carlton. The RC is a downtown hotel and the... More

I have stayed at many Ritz Carlton properties around the world and also at many competing high-end 5 star and luxury hotels. I booked the Dallas Ritz Carlton, mainly based on its location and word-of-mouth reputation. First, the good: The hotel is very well located, in the arts district and within walking distance of downtown, museums, theatres and trending restaurants... More

From the moment of arrival through checkout, this hotel knocks your socks off. Lots of special treats, including the guacomologist who shows up in the lobby each evening with wonderful guacamole and margarita shots. Upgraded to a larger room that had great view of downtown. Fabulous fitness center and heated rooftop pool. Excellent spa. Restaurant and banquet staff very attentive... More
