I was so impressed with the staff. We stayed for our anniversary and they absolutely spoiled us. This is the friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. Restaurant was excellent - try the oxtail. Spa was nice - except the relaxation room was skimpy. We will definitely stay there again!!

My mom stayed here often while we were planning my wedding and now stays here often because I am pregnant. We love the staff, spa, room service, rooms, fitness center, location. This was the third Kimpton hotel at which I'd had the pleasure of staying in three months, and while it wasn't the most luxurious, it was definitely the most posh. Tha Paloma's is located next to smu campus and very close to the action in Dallas The ambiance is great! The service exemplifies true southern hospitality from the moment you get out of your car! If business or pleasure takes you to the SMU area, this is definitely a great place to stay. The staff is very attentive and makes sure you are well take care of. I was pretty impressed with this hotel. They offered bicycles and a car for local stops. The front desk attendants were very helpful and informative of the available services. The only downside was that it was only valet. So getting our car was a challenge sometimes because of the wait. But other than that, I really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at the Hotel Palomar for the Memorial Day weekend. I was very impressed by the speed and ease of check-in & out.
