No problems whatso ever.. The hotel is close to the Dallas Childrens Medcal Center.. They have a special rate if you are bringing a child to the Mecial center.. This really helped a lot. Rdeuced the rate quite a bit.. I will stay here again later this month.

The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. I used HHonors points to book the room, so I got stuck in the room next to the elevators, which caused noise early in the night and morning. But, that's not the staff's problem - they were fantastic.

A large group (approx. 18 people) was there for a seminar. We traveled with a group for a seminar for therapy animals. All of our animals were welcomed and felt right at home. The manager the night we checked in, Brian Patton was the best. He helped us order pizza, gave us a location of a nearby grocery and even made lemonade for the group while we waited for the pizza.... More

This is a great place and the area is close to everything downtown - medical center - arts, etc. There is free parking and free internet and great breakfast.
