“nice room, just a few issues”

This isn't the easiest hotel to find, the sign is somewhat hidden. But if you have the address there isn't anything else that could be a hotel on the street. Once there the only issue is the noisy air conditioner. We were lucky and didn't need it (we were there in April) but it would have been difficult to sleep... More

Excellent business stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and relatively quiet. The breakfast was good, if somewhat bland but the kitchen ladies were fantastic. I will stay here next time I'm in Dallas.

“Decent Hotel, but in an odd area”

This hotel is behind an "extended stay" hotel and next to an industrial space. I thought the accommodations themselves were fine, although the dining area is a little small. I would not stay here again because of the location. All members of the staff that I encountered were very nice.

This is a great hotel with great service. From the time you walk into the lobby every staffer you meet has a smile and greets you very nicely. “Tremendous and Gracious”

Extremely impressed with this hotel and the wonderful staff. Had a group of family in Dallas for a funeral. The entire staff was unbelievably impressed with their rooms and even more impressed with service provided and sincerety of the employees who each provided condolences for our loss. “Wonderful Place to Stay!”

Very nice rooms, lovely floor plan. Much nicer than staying in a regular hotel room even if you don't need a full kitchen. Good hot breakfast and nice amenities. For the price, definitely worth staying again.
