The rooms are large and clean. The layout, decor and furniture are comfortable. The photos are accurate. The bed was perfect. Very firm mattress. There is a shuttle driver who will take you anywhere within 15 minutes of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rates were good on Expedia. That said, I'll probably stay somewhere else in Dallas... More

I was very happy with the hotel and staff, the location was great as long as you didn't have to walk. But centrally located within a mile of most things. The breakfast was average, rooms are nice - covered parking was great as a rain storm blew thru the 2nd and 3rd night I stayed. More

Stayed for a week. The location is very convenient - close to downtown and Victory train station (5 - 10 min walk) and American Airlines Centre. If staying for more than a day or two there is no grocery shopping within walking distance. But the very helpful shuttle bus driver, Jessica, offered to drive me to the local supermarket –... More

We had an opportunity to stay at this location for four nights while in Dallas for a recent SMU graduation. We found this location to be quite lovely, while still obviously in the process of renovation. In fact, new wallpaper was being installed on our hall while we were there. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, with many hot and... More

My daughter and I stayed here to visit some colleges. Our room was on the busy Harry Hines Blvd. very noisy, cars, but on the weekend also people outside, til 4am. The suite was updated and spacious but this did not make up for the other cons. The people running the front desk are young and did not give accurate... More

My husband and I stayed one night at this property to avoid a long drive home after a concert at the American Airlines Center. We were happy with the location as it was within walking distance so we could avoid crazy traffic and outrageous parking prices at the venue. No complaints from us about the $12 parking fee at the... I stayed a couple of nights on business when there were no "per diem" rooms available at my usual hotels in Dallas. I was pleasantly surprised. I really liked the free shuttle to take me downtown. Happy hour was decent. Breakfast was very nice. Room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The efficiency style room with kitchenette would be great for... More

For a quick business trip, this Hyatt location was ideal for comfort, price and location near Uptown Dallas. The suites truly are "suites" with a full living room, fridge, utensils, stove, coffee maker and a dishwasher too. The LCD screens both in the living room and bedroom were a nice surprise. The windows open up to a screen to allow... More

Stayed for 5 days at the beginning of a 25 day across USA trip. after a long 15 hour flight we found the hotel quite easily and found after a few days the location to be quite central and convenient. My friend & I booked this hotel to be close to Downtown Dallas. After I had booked, I had realized that I had stayed here back in 2003.(BTW-This is a VERY convenient location if you are attending a show at the American Airlines Arena!). So needless to say, it has been upgraded since my last stay. There is a $24... More
