I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival as a Club Carlson Silver Elite. Julianne was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and allowed me to check-in early. Room was large. It had a living room with a couch, chair, coffee table and HDTV. There is a kitchen area with a large fridge and a microwave. The room Itself had a king... More

I stayed at the Park Inn by Love Field because I flew to Dallas on a whim and took the first hotel shuttle that showed up. The driver (who I realized later also worked the desk, so I guess they do double duty), was very friendly and personable and so were all the other staffers I met, although they seemed... More

I received this hotel through priceline and for the money it served its purpose. I'm not big on the sleep number beds. It is like the water bed concept. Sounds cool but doesn't feel right. The rooms and hotel itself have that feel that it is 20 years behind. No real problems and in fact, the girls at check in... More

This hotel is tired, it badly needs updates. Staff was fine, facilities weren't. Sleep by number bed leaked to "0" setting and had to be reset every hour or so overnight, desk chair broken, coffee maker broken, TV broken, bathroom tiny, hallways dark, shabby, drab. Food ok. Location ok.

First time being disappointed after booking on Priceline. Location was ok (for me), the front desk clerk that I dealt with was nice and the ONE guy working in the restaurant for breakfast was nice and the room towels were nice. Other than that, it’s all bad news from there; the hotel back in its prime was probably nice. It... More

Attended business meeting at this hotel and stayed the night. Front lobby looked "nice". But my room was not in the front lobby.Spoke to other attendees and all had same complaints.Rooms needed more than just the marginally working "adjustable beds" to make them acceptable. Worn and/or stained carpet everywhere. Chipped and/or broken ceramic tiles were "filled in" with caulk rather... More

When you stay in a franchised, name-brand hotel, there are certain levels of quality that you expect to find. I can say that the Park Inn by Radisson Dallas Love Field does not approach these levels. The hotel is old, there's no other way to say that. While the lobby seems to have new furniture, overall the facility had a... More

Bottom line: it was a great deal for the money and I would absolutely stay again. After reading the reviews, I called Hotwire and asked for a different hotel. I was told that it was rated consistently as a 3-star so I cautiously agreed to try it out. Yes, some of the furniture is outdated. They are making genuine attempts... More

Got a ridiculously low price of $37 on priceline and then was still able to park at the hotel for a week free of charge so I hate to complain but this place is not 3 stars. It is a very dated property with long, dark, dingy hallways. The sleep number beds were not comfortable at all. We had to... More
