This is a crack infested hotel, False advertisement worse stay ever in the world, I would of been better off on the streets. The management was unbearable, Me and my husband could not believe that we got treated very rudely. Hot breakfast my butt anyone can eat cereal even without milk, I mean really I'm not the one to really... More

First of all a guest of ours was greeted by a pan-handler in the parking lot front entrance to hotel. Secondly, we found a large dead cock roach in the room the morning we were leaving. Also, the restaurant was closed. I would not recommend this hotel or would I stay there again.

Recently moved to Dallas and decided to stay here for 15 days before finding an apartment, the deal was “OK” 50 per night, BUT, pictures are extremely photoshoped, yes, they have free WiFi, they DON’T have a restaurant, its closed and has been closed for a LONG time, they have a breakfast service, bread and milk.. If you want eggs,... More

Clean and comfortable, entire hotel non smoking, "truck parking" easy when I was there, but not much business, which is why the $50 per night rate was in effect, I guess. They have you sign a seperate agreement that, if you stain the towels you will pay for them, at some ridiculous prices. Onsite restaurant closed when I was there,... More

• Sign at the front desk: charge for towels if makeup and other bodily fluids could not be removed during laundering • room reeked of old cigarettes and filth • Seating area missing small love seat, there was an arm chair • New room we were re-assigned to had a view of the roof with bloody gloves and garbage •... I chose this property based upon TripAdvisor reviews and had my expectations adjusted accordingly for a budget experience at $50 per night. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located in a city in which car is king ("lonelier than a pedestrian in Dallas" should become a new expression). Staff are very helpful and friendly, for example, a room... More

The rooms are very nice, the service was even better! They even give you real eggs in their free breakfast unlike the microwaved eggs at comfort Inn where I paid $25.00 more a night to get less. You won't go wrong here, its close to everything and you will leave remembering you'll be back.

I was hoping for more than what I got. While the hotel is pretty nice looking from a distance and even though some aspects are quite nice; the overall feel is that of a re-branded lower scale hotel. I was disappointed with the professionalism of the front desk staff, despite their friendliness. If management/ownership took some extra time to form... More
