“They need to work on some things”

There was no ice at the location. There were no hand towels or cups for the coffee pot in the room so I went to the office and asked for them. When tried to use the coffee pot, it did not work. There were also no tissues in the room and the TV had very bad reception and limited channels.

my stay at the motel was great. I highly recomend your service and wish your motel alot of service and wish your motel the best. Excellent service that they gave me in there. everything was clean and nice looking :).... Thanks alot i will return back to that motel whenever i come back to visit Corsicana.

Colonial inn is a very good motel they are very nice people and give good costumer service the rooms are very nice and clean. i would come back and would recomend it

I tried to book a one year extended stay with this place but I couldn't get any answers about it. The guy on the other end of the phone was rude, wouldn't answer my questions and didn't say hello or goodbye. It was like I was interrupting him from something. They need some serious customer service classes. They lost out... More
