The owner ran my debit card before I even arrived at the hotel. When I asked his front desk help--whose speech was almost intelligible--to cancel the charge, she refused. I asked the owner, when I made my over the phone reservation, if I could pay when I arrived, and he had told me yes. A liar, and a thief.
