The staff is very incompetent. Goo luck getting something resolve with them. The manager is rude and entitled. I have stayed long enough to know that they will screw up your reservation and final billing. Stay somewhere else. You got other options. It is your money!!!

This is one of the new improved BW's. Have stayed here multiple times recently. Large rooms, well equipped (flatscreen TV, fridge, micro), clean, very good staff. Very much above average for BW. I was very satisfied and highly recommend.

The staff made us feel welcome right away, even providing dining recommendations. The rooms are very spacious and include microwave and fridge. The breakfast buffet was nice with hot and cold items. We really liked the Texas-shaped waffles. All in all it is a nice place to stay when blasting across Texas.
