We were traveling and needed 4 rooms at 3am. I called Country Hearth and the woman who answered the was extremely pleasant. She was able to accomodate each of our room types and got us in very quickly. We had stayed here before and the service and cleanliness of the rooms were never this good. It was very dirty. There was mildew all over the bottom of shower curtain. Cigarette burns on the furniture. A broken grate on the heat and air unit. It was so bad I will never stay at another Best Western. more
