Stayed at the Phase II unit for the first time. Very clean and courteous staff. I usually stay in the Phase I units, but this time chose Phase II. These are smaller rooms with 2 queen beds. They do have larger rooms with king bed and couch and jacuzzi. Great prices too. more

We have stayed in Phase 2 for 4 years in a row. Rooms are always very clean and the staff is pleasant to deal with, via phone and in person. We love the location on the river.
