My wife and I carried our two daughters and my parents on vacation. Both rooms had a musky smell even the sheets.Our room was on the sixth floor and overlooked a cemetery. Very disappointed !!!!! more

Very friendly and helpful staff, lots of smiles! Room larger than expected, very clean, comfortable beds, bathroom with nice amenities, shower with strong flow of warm to hot water no matter what time of day used. We headed to Pigeon Forge for a long weekend vacation with our 3 children and their grandparents. The employees were friendly right from the start. Lobby was beautiful. Our rooms were great. If you have young kids or teenagers this place is great. The pool slide kept my daughter entertained our entire stay. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The next time we go back to Pigeon Forge, this will be where we stay. more

I love Music Road Hotel. It is off of the main street so you never here the noisy street traffic. Hotel staff very friendly. The indoor pool is open 24 hours which my son loved. The outdoor pool and lazy river water is warm, which is so great. I will go back. more

We found this hotel on the internet. Very nice. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The rooms were very nice and clean. We had a room that overlooked the river - DEFINATELY WOULD RECOMMEND THAT!!!!
