“Not Clean”

This was my first time staying at Microtel. The staff was very friendly. However, the room I stayed in needed heavy cleaning from top to bottom!! Also the bath towels were dignity. Don't think I'll be staying there again.

Thank you for your review of our hotel. We have hired new housekeepers and I am working VERY hard to fix the housekeeping issue that we've been having, please forgive the unclean room, and know that I am addressing these issues as we speak. a lot of upgrades since our last visit, rooms are very nice, help is excellent. Yes we will be back. Scheduled a opry tickets, but there was no show, in the process of trying to get our money back. Thanks
