I have stayed here many times, and we always come back. The Hotel is always clean and very afordable. They have all the items we need: a great room, fridge, microwave, and a wonderful breakfast. The location is great and close to all of our favorite shopping locations and attractions. There are a lot of food choices within walking distance.... more

We came to Pigeon Forge for a get away weekend. We had never stayed at this hotel before, but we will definitely be back. The rooms were very clean and the rates could not be beat. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. more

Rooms were dirty, mattresses dirty, only one sheet on the bed. Mattresses had stains all over them. Floor was sagging in our room. Noisy!! It was a bad experience. We were told we had been "upgraded from a queen to a double". It was no upgrade!!! more

I traveled with my daughter to Pigeon Forge for the weekend to celebrate her birthday. The hotel staff was extra friendly, and very helpful in getting us tickets to shows. The rooms were clean; breakfast was good. It's located right in the middle of everything, so it's easy to get out and explore. Very nice! more
