Booked as a package deal with Dollywood tickets. We picked this hotel because there was an indoor hot tub. The hot tub jets are broken. Very disappointed. My Husband & I stayed in a King Room with a jacuzzi. It was spacious & clean. We loved the little balcony outside the room. Checking in was a little chaotic there were a couple of mishaps with reservations but, staff was friendly & personable and solved our problems quickly.
