It was the frist time to stay at Holiday Inn Express. I was very pleased with staff.The room clean, bed were comfortable liked the pillows had firm and soft never had that before. Great hotel and could not fault the facilities. Vey nice breakfast and staff at the breakfast area very polite and helpful. Staff at the reception desk were a waste of space, un helpful and rude, one even took a call from a family member and continued to talk whilst trying to sort out a booking in problem i had. more

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Pigeon Forge when we visited the Smoky Mountains National Park. Everything was perfect, the room, bedding, sheets, pillows, television, all were great.
