I am so tired of a non-smoking room that smells like smoke! This hotel was very nice. Room was adequate, beds were nice, employees were very friendly, breakfast area was also very acceptable, and plenty of free parking was also a plus. Hotel is at a good location - one of the closest to Gatlinburg and the Smokies if you are staying in PF. Rooms are reasonably clean, service is decent, breakfast is weak (except for the waffles, everything else seems cheap) and limited space. Upper floors do not have elevator. more

We recently stayed in one of the "pet friendly" rooms and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the furnishings. Everyone, from the manager on duty to the housekeeping staff, was very friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a great stay. We'll definitely stay here again! more

We stayed on A Sun-Thurs and we were right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg it was great. The breakfast was wonderful, pool was alittle small but it was never really to packed,rooms were clean and everything worked great I'm glad we chose the Ramada in Pigeon Forge I would stay there again.... more

We were at Ramada for the SGM Fanfair in 2008. We had a wonderful experience there. The staff was great and very helpful and the continental breakfast was very good. Rooms are clean and convinent to all locations. Just a very good stay over all and would suggest this hotel to all our friends and family. more

Everything you'd expect from a Ramada - nothing fancy, clean rooms, great staff, decent breakfast (waffles and biscuits with gravy along with the usual cereals and breads), nice pool and hot tub.
