Fast, friendly early check-in. I asked for a high floor and got the 23rd, the highest public floor. No problems with the elevators over 4 days. Not impressed with the room, except the view. This was a decent hotel. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfy. The location was awesome. Just one block from the Sommit Center and the bars on broadway. I enjoyed the fact that at the end of the night it was away from all of the craziness, even though it was only a block. Good place to stay!... more

Try to pass this off as a high class hotel, I've stayed in cleaner motels. The staff was friendly and helpful in all departments. Bathroom had hair everywhere. Old bath mats should be thrown away.
