Carpet filthy. No face cloths. Room so small, didn't know where to put luggage. Front desk employees were not at all helpfull. Sydney has so many great hotels, choose another if you don't care about walking on carpets or finding something to sit on. For short stays only. I felt like I was in a boat cabin. And there was too much noise coming from the 24-hour restaurant in front of the wing I ended up in. Too expensive granted no rest despite the satisfactory bedding conditions. more

Not worth the money. A small room at a High price. Service by the reception disk is poor. Other hotels in Sydney are better. more

We stayed for two nights and found the hotel excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly, the food was very good and thte shuttle bus at 6 dollars an efficient bargain. The added bonus of Mascot station five minutes away by foot gets you to Central Quays in fifteen minutes, very useful. Recommended. more

Spent a night in the Ibis Sydney Airport due to an early morning flight out of Sydney with my husband and son. The room was clean and basic, the bathroom was very small for my liking. We walked from domestic airport to the hotel, took about 20 minutes. Quiet, Clean rooms, funky restroom. Great for a night before catching another flight. Airport shuttle was convenient and easy ($6 per person). Great for the price. more

I spent on night here between flights in early September 2009. I traveled between the international terminal and the hotel by catching the shuttle bus which can be found at bay 33 at the international terminal. We stayed at the Ibis overnight before travelling overseas. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise being functional, close to airport, quiet, with a fantastic restaurant, happy & helpful staff. Rooms a perfect size and clean, fresh and we loved the bathroom. Ibis is a fantastic , reasonably priced hotel. Can't recommend it enough! more
