The room was fine, just a little run down - just a bit of maintenance would greatly improve the place. Bedside lamps would be great as well. The soap tray in the shower was broken and the taps dripped - which just about drove me scatty!

This is very much budget accommodation but I would stay again. There was a dead cockroach or two (better dead than alive). Worst part was the bathroom directly off the kitchen corner with a door that didn't close properly. OK for one person who can go out for a while when necessary. No good for more than one person. The room was very dirty. Window sills and surrounds were dirt encrusted. The attached photo shows the large spider web and spider directly above the bed. Windows had no screens or locks. For the price these apartments are excellent accommodation in Manly. A set of steep steps to get up to the first floor but that did not worry us. Very convenient accommodation, will definatly stay again

The room was basic however great location ,worth the money and the room was neat and tidy. Would stay at the apartments again.

As others have said it's a no frills place. I found it spotlessly clean - sheets, towels, bathroom, etc bed was comfortable and the TV worked ok. Also the staff were very helpful. Dirty, old. Paint peeling.Faded walls. Broken windows. Mold all over shower door.10 years past a needed renovation. They didn't even have my reservation and I travelled from Canberra. The worst place I have ever stayed in. My partner even refused to shower there it was that bad.
