Official Description (provided by the hotel):: Manly Beach Bed and Breakfast is a four star rated B&B. A beautiful 109 year old Victorian house, fully refurbished in February 2012. Your room will have its own private en-suites with fridge, and tea & coffee facilities. There is a large separate lounge, area with a small meals preparation area. All dishes are washed by our staff should you decide to dine at home. The lounge area has an office desk with a computer with free high speed internet for your personal use. There are also a large collection of books for your reading pleasure.Your room will have a queen size bed, fresh clean white linen. Large LED television with DVD player. Free WiFi, fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Hair dryer, fan ( In summer.) towels and beach towels. You will have your own private entry so you are free to come and go whatever the hour. Free car parking is also included.We are located a five minute walk to Manly Fast Ferry, which can get you to down town Sydney in 16 minutes. We are about a 5 minute walk to the Ocean and Harbour beaches. We are also 200 metres away from grassed area of Manly Cove where you can sit on a blanket and watch the sailing boats go by whilst enjoying a glass of wine. A perfect location to watch the sunset before dinner. Manly's many cafes and restaurants start a short stroll from our front door. So you really do not need a car here, but we are happy to offer free parking should you bring one. The famous Shelley beach is about an 8 minute walk and has the best shore diving In Sydney. The international College of Hotel Management is about a five minute walk. Many of our guests have families living or studying in Manly but are unable to stay with them whilst visiting Manly. They want somewhere really nice, without breaking the budget. “Perfect place in Manly”

We stayed at Manly Beach B&B for a week in December and loved the place. My wife, myself and our youngest daughter shared a very comfortable and nice room. The location is great, central but still quiet. We felt we got good value for our money and the owner Eugene is a very friendly and helpful guy! Highly recomended!

We loved Manly and we loved staying at this gorgeous little B&B. Manly beach B&B had great large rooms with free parking and wifi. It was so central to everything we wanted to do. I stayed here for several days while working over in Frenchs Forest. It was a great little B&B. The room was comfortable and very nice. Fantastic location in Manly, close to beach, ferry and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable, everything you need for your stay is provided.. Owner Eugene is welcoming and friendly. We were really impressed of his goulash :) Great value with spacious rooms and quite location.
