We booked Medina executive for our new year stay in Sydney. Double bay was very nice but this accomodation was a big let down. On booking apartment it was promoted as recently refurbished but on arrival we found numerous problems (black mould under kitchen sink which gave room a musty smell ) mould around bathroom.noise from above apartment etc. On third day of stay we had to vacate room due to spider infestation. I would recommend Double bay to stay but most definitely not Medina executive, more
