A great B&B, very friendly hosts, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms and clean modern bathrooms. Amazing breakfasts - perfect start for one of many beautiful walks around the lake and the nearby hills!

We were walking on the Glyndwrs way and had a fantastic welcome (you can't beat a cake and tea on arrival can you?). The room and shower was lovely and the whole place was beautifully decorated. Fantastic breakfast too. All in all one of the best B&B's on the Glyndwr's Way. Recommended!
This was our second visit to Gorffwysfa. A warm welcome and excellent food. A really relaxing break. Views as beautiful as ever.
We stayed here for a night while walking the Glyndwr way. The owners were friendyly and helpful. They collected us from a few miles away. The room was clean and comfy (though the twin beds were rather close together). The breakfast was very good.
We stayed at Gorffwysfa for one night during the Easter holidays. We were made to feel very welcome by Diane Lewis, the owner. The cottage is cosy and comfortable with stunning views. The breakfast and evening meal were superb, the best we have had in a bed and breakfast for very long time. Diane went to an enormous amount of...

Stayed in the B+B for 2 nights. Accommodation facilities were good, but our room was cramped and the soft furnishings were very dusty. The en-suite was very very small. To sit on the toilet you had to mind the small sink with your shoulder! Breakfast was nice, options included Porrage, Grapefruit, Cereal and/or cooked English breakfast - only let downs...

This is my second stay at Gorffwysfa. It’s a small bed and breakfast in a wonderful location. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was magnificent with four-poster bed and wonderful view. Each room has a Sky box which is a first for me while staying in B&Bs. My only criticism is the size of...

As location was the key to choosing our accomodation (so we were as close to where our family lived as possible), I expected the accomodation to be somewhat lacking compared...
