We stayed here in August and had a lovely, big bay- window room. The bath was large- perfect after a days' walking. The staff were extremely friendly, the evening menu was ok but we had to wait a long time- I think the chef was new. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was always very good. More

A very pleasant hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are generous in size and well appointed, if somewhat lacking in colour. Very pleasant stay with a large modern room and very friendly staff. Nice Bar and restaurant in a friendly village. A great welcome from the manager who bent over backwards to find and clean a room for us after an initial mix-up with the bookings.com reservation. Enjoyed the stay and would go back. More

Went to the hotel today with my boyfriend for a 2 course meal, on their Thursday lunch special ( 6.95 for 2 course, 9.95 for 3!! ) No better way to explain value for money, the food was delicious, and service was great, very friendly staff who took good care of us!!
