Friendly staff, dog friendly venue. Loved the dressed crab meal. The curry night on Friday is definitely worth turning up for, eight excellent curries catering for all tastes, mild thru to hot, meat or vegetarian, all you can eat for less than £9, and very very nice. Need to book, not surprisingly. Great ale available and good wine on tap.... More

Went to eat this afternoon for a quick bite but ended up eating more!! We went for a good walk and were so hungry and one of my office colleague recommended this!! Good choice of food!! Service was good as well.

Booked for a curry night at Christmas. Awful. Sauce, no meat. Untidy. Lack of any Christmas spirit. Recalled our taxi early. Very disappointed. Yes, it is a country pub but it is in serious need of an update, makeover. Could be a real gem. Would I go again? Might just do so if they improve on the curry and ambience,... More

We have stayed at St Govan's Inn numerous times over the past 5 years (both with and without our dogs) and can honestly say that we have always had a lovely, relaxing time. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean with lovely white bedding and fluffy towels. There's free Wi-Fi which is a huge bonus and we always feel that... More

We unintentionally stayed here after being let down where were supposed to stay. The owners kindly accommodated us for 2 nights. We found the ambience and food was very good. The food served was to a very good standard, however we decided not to have any sweets as they did look old, but maybe they were not. This Inn over... More

We had a lovely family meal. They had a good menu and we enjoyed our time. The only thing that let them down was the toilets. The ladies toilets did not flush and needless to say you could see what the previous person had done! Would have stayed longer and had spent more money but needed the toilet. Lovely food,... More

we had a meal here after a walk around the famous bosherston lily ponds and st govans chapel. first impressions were reasonable but inside was not clean at all. carpets and tables needed a real good polish and wash ! and as for the toilets they were appalling for a place that served food - what are the kitchens like... Booked a trip here specifically to walk the Bosherston lily ponds and the outstanding Pembroke scenic coastline and also weather permitting to spend a day on one of the stunning local beaches .In addition we could take our pet spaniel to enjoy the walking. The room was very high standard for a country Inn bed and breakfast booking .Certainly as... More

Had a really nice Pembrokeshire crab lunch here after walking around the lily ponds and on the coastal path to Barafundle. The bulls head was black originally apparently but has faded to cream over the years. The friendly bar staff told us it came from a nearby palace in an auction! Would love to know more.
