I had booked the Sky room via email as a 70th birthday present for my husband, as we already had been given £100's worth of vouchers from family members to eat at the Loft restaurant (which was excellent by the way)...so we thought we would stay over. We live within 40 miles of the hotel. I had gone to the... More

We stayed in the Lofthouse Suite for 2 nigts as part of a deal found on Laterooms. Suite was beautifully decorated with well appointed ensuite and excellent power shower. We were visiting friends who were also in the area so ate out on our 1st night and had hoped to eat at the hotels restaurant on the 2nd night but... More

Our second visit here and just as good. The rooms are nice (we stayed in the pub not the Town House). Very friendly staff. We had an excellent meal in the Loft resturant and ate in the bistro the other night. We are going back this year. Great location for walking.

We recently spent two nights her , with friends, just to relaxParking is a problem, as the hotel is in the middle of Beaumaris. We had booked a ground floor room as we have difficulty with stairs, and were shown to the annexe across the road, the Townhouse. This was a slightly more modern building. Our room was shown to... We visited the Brasserie for Sunday lunch and sadly it didn't come up to our expectations. We had visited about 4 years ago and remembered having great food. We began with the "appetiser" of mixed breads with oil/vinegar dip to share between 2. The 3 types of bread were all very tasty, but huge wedges and would have served 4... More

We stayed there over the Easter bank holiday and from the moment we arrived until we left the staff were very welcoming and hospitable. We stayed in the Townhouse which is a modern extension to the traditional rooms in the actual inn but nevertheless the room was a very good size as was the bathroom. It was clean airy and... More

Stayed here on a business trip a few weeks ago and had a good stay. Staff all pleasant and check in was nice and easy. Car park is tiny though and I luckily got a space, if I hadn't then trying to find free parking in Beamaris, especially before 6pm at night is a nightmare. When I arrived there was... More

Decided to visit as the Pub has been awarded Best pub in wales by the good pub guide 2012. Have heard great things about the loft for dinner so was expecting an exceptional lunch. It was good though i wouldnt call the experience great. The atmosphere was a bit too minimalist and stark for my tastes. It reminded me of... More

We used to visit Ye Olde Bulls Head on a regular basis with a group of friends but had not been for many years. The food was always very good, but is now probably even better, especially in the Loft Restaurant. All four of us were very impressed by both the food and the service. Unfortunately we were unable to... More

this was a wonderful trip, the village itself is immaculate with top class shops and an interesting castle to visit and the hotel has a good old fashioned pub, a beautiful sophisticated lounge for quests with cosy comfortable bedrooms, not too perfect! Really hot water and deep cast iron bath. The food in the bistro was outstanding, the sea bass... More
