I didn't get to stay but I was charged the sum of £165 for this. However, it was the woman who called at 11pm on a Thursday night waking me up and being extremely rude about my whereabouts that has tarnished this hotel. This level of hotel you would not expect or accept this lack of customer service.

Marie, the manager was a delight both on the phone and in person. We were made to feel special and came home with lovely memories. The hotel has such history and ambience, the meals were excellent and presentation was perfect. North Wales, with the sea and the mountains is special too.

A fantastic, extremely well run venue. We celebrated my cousin's wedding there and stayed overnight. The room was beautiful and very clean. The bath towels were lovely, not like other hotel towels we have had! The food was outstanding and the service was extremely efficient and very pleasant.
