Went with all the family, apartment was very clean and really comfy beds, loads of stuff for kids to do during the day and entertainment in the evening was excellent the bluecoats and rest of the staff where really friendly and helpful, all in all excellent time kids never wanted to come home, will be booking again in the future

Complained on arrival for following reasons, unsafe sofa bed, leaky toilet, dirty crockery, musty smell, dusty carpet in bedroom, curtain slightly hanging off the rail and sand over the bathroom floor. ...but that will have gone with the refurb. Clean, comfortable beds, good food. Could do without the seagulls first thing in the morning though! A microwave would have been nice.
