We stayed here as as we were attending a friend's wedding at nearby Tyddan Llan. Y Llwyn is walking distance, which meant there was no need for expensive taxis; we could also get an evening meal the night before the wedding from the village pub around the corner. On arrival at Y Llwyn we had complimentary tea and home-made welsh... More

Ideal bed and breakfast on the edge of Llandrillo set amongst the beautiful scenery of the Dee valley. We had a warm and comfortable en suite room with a king size bed and a lovely view to the woods and the lower slopes of the Berwyn hills. A very good and tasty breakfast and a very friendly and informative hostess.

A lovely friendly welcome. We were given tea and chat about the locallity, both of which were very welcome after our long journey. The room had a beautiful view, It was very pretty, and had a good en-suite bathroom. There was everything you might want in a B & B, and then a little bit more. The village has a... More

A lovely, homely, comfortable bed and breakfast home. Excellent breakfast, and wonderful hosts. My room was very comfortable. I was given a key to the door and could come and go as I pleased. It is set in a beautifully picturesque small village in the heart of the pretty Welsh countryside. It is a remarkable village, very friendly people, and... More

In a sleepy village after a gruelling journey the welcome was warm and friendly, which put us at ease straight away. The warmth and friendliness remained throughout our stay. The room was comfortable with magnificent views. The B&B is well placed to explore the scenery in N. Wales. Thank you Mr and Mrs Jones.

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The owners of the B&B are really lovely and helpful! The B&B is located in a little village outside the national park, which means it is not very touristy which is great. You do need a car to get around the area though. The view out of the room was really nice!... More

We needed a B&B in the Llandrillo area to visit relatives and asked tourist information at Bala for recommendations and top of the list was Y Llwyn Guest House actually in the village! we now know why. It was perfect for what we needed. One en-suite twin room and a family room for 3. Bright sunny rooms facing the fields.... More

A friendly welcome with plenty of barabrit (local fruit cake) & tea to recover from a long journey to visit my husband relatives. The room had a beautiful view, light, spacious with a good en-suite bathroom. With the weather on our side so we had time to walk in the hills after a proper freshly cooked breakfast. In a small...
