Its excellent staff who greet guests with finesse,EVERY TIME,The comfort of EVERY room and we have stayed there many times,so EACH room,we find is cosy,clean,quiet and has space,The location,ideal as a base to travel North Wales,NW England etc,the A55 is seconds from the hotel,all makes this hotel perfect year round.

We parked in the nearby car park, present your car park ticket to the TL reception when you leave as they will validate so the car park costs nothing, you still need to put it in the car park pay machine before the car barrier first, don't forget to do this as we did and... Andrew the manager was very very nice and helpful. paid too much for this room because we were a walk in, but it was clean and location was wonderful. beds sucked but you get what you pay for. wish there would have been a place to eat in it or even a computer or phone to use but no such.
