A one night stay to visit my daughter who is staying here for her three month work placement. Very comfortable, lovely breakfast and Jan is looking after my daughter. I'll be back again for a longer stay and a walk on the Gower

We stayed here over one night om our way back from wales to London. We were disappointed. It has 4stars but was more like 3. Room was okej in size with a bathroom that was newly renovated. The twinbed was horrible! Too narrow (1,40cm?) and old. Blanket felt not really clean. Lots of noise from corridor. Breakfast ok. Will not... More

Thank you for your comments but I must point out that we are inspected every year by the WTB which gave a four star rating and has done so for the last12 years and I can assure you they do not hand out these grading’s lightly. As for the bed being to narrow it is a standard size double bed.... More

I have used this guest house for the last six years and the standard has always been superb. A real Welsh welcome; comfortable beds; excellent choice in the breakfast menu which is cooked to perfection. The car parking can be a problem as the spacing is tight in the front and rear of the property. Ideally situated for touring east... More

There is a cat in the house; if you are allergic, find somewhere else to stay. (This was not a problem for us.) A standard British guest house, 19th century building; friendly hostess. Room size ordinary; 54" bed. Bathroom modern but smallish; shower stall 28"x28"! 8 parking spaces as advertised. Tight spacing, close maneuvering; but not the worst we've ever... More

Just returned from a most enjoyable week in South Wales. Our en-suite room at Tree Tops was a good size, clean and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed, including hair dryer and fan, which was welcome as we had some very hot days. The welcome tray was replenished daily with milk, tea etc, plus a variety of biscuits including... More

Windows have no locks open fully like a door..not ideal family room. Had a rough sleep due to worry of this and noise. Breakfast was not great which was a shame after reading reviews we were looking forward to it. Car park was really tight. Staff were great and friendly

My first trip to South Wales (researching my family tree/roots). I chose this guest house as it was in the perfect location for where I needed to be. The welcome was warm and friendly and I felt at home straight away. I had the smallest room (as I had booked a single) and despite it's size it had everything I... More

Jan is extremely friendly without being intrusive and nothing is too much trouble or effort. I regularly stay in B & B accommodation and as a solo traveller this can be difficult. However, I feel comfortable and relaxed at Tree Tops and always receive a warm welcome from Jan. I have spent three separate weeks at Tree Tops and have... More
