- Welcome to Tree Tops, a small family-run guest house conveniently situated on the A474 at Briton Ferry 1.5miles from the M4(London-South Wales) motorway at junction 41 and within 5 minutes of the old market town of Neath, and 10 minutes of the fine city of Swansea. We have 5 en suite rooms all of which are tastefully furnished each having their own individual character and equipped to a very high standard. Our spacious dining room has a relaxed and informal atmosphere where you can breakfast on a hearty traditional breakfast of fruit juices or cereals, Welsh bacon, egg, sausage, tomato, fried bread and mushrooms, followed by toast with homemade marmalade,preserves or honey.
