This was our 2nd stay at this lovely and clean hotel. We enjoy the location, the breakfast and friendly staff. We stayed in the Kress location, our A/C went out,the front desk clerk, Jency was so helpful, quick to get it fixed and very professional ( give her a raise and promotion!) We will visit again.

This hotel is excellent value given its central location and big comfortable bedrooms. The free breakfast is adequate. Reserved this room several months in advance for the Beale street music festival. It was pricy for what you get but expected for the festival. I requested a high floor ended up on the 3rd floor. Spring Hill is located just a few blocks off Beale Street. You can walk and ride trolley to everything. Breakfast is good and convenient. The hotel is very clean and in the heart of Memphis. BB Kings is fantastic for music and food.
